Changing the channel

By default, WelcomePad will announce new visits in your #general channel.

To change the channel used for announcements, go to the Activities tab. From the ••• menu, choose Settings and tap on Slack Integration in the sidebar.

After you tap Slack channel to announce visits you can choose a different channel.

Note: To use a separate new Slack channel for visitor announcements, please create the new channel in Slack first.
